okay i've pretty much always used firefox since i've had my computer. well the other day every time i tried to go to a website it gives me the normal error message
"Unable to connect
Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at google.com.
* The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.
* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.
* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web."
so i restarted my computer and it worked fine.
then it did it again last night so i went to bed and woke up restarted my computer and it still wont work
the 3 troubleshooting options are all false.
1.the site isnt too busy, every site i try to go it says taht
2. my intetnet connection works.. obviously i'm on here.
3. i'm using windows firewall and it says its allowed.
any help?
My firefox wont work!!?
Do you have the same problems with IE? If so, it is definately a problem with your network connection. Do you have a router hooked up? Try resetting that. The same thing with any cable modem you have.
