i made a website and I have some flash videos on it...when I put it on local network...the flash videos work...everything is perfect but when i host it it just doesnt load im so freakin mad cuz it takes 4 h to upload the website....bad upload speed !!!

is it because of the hosting service or is something wrong with how im uploading it

im using dreamweaver cs3:

instaert Flash video and thatgs how i add it

keep you swf files and your web upload to same path

Maybe the swf did not fully upload.

Check the file sizes or if your swf requires domain policy or something.
