I have a great domain name, and 10gb hosting. But I don't know what to turn this website into. Any ideas?

Personal hobbies, a blog, family, business...
Of course, a "good domain" is usually based on what the site's content is... It would be pointless to call a site about hardware or software "fluffybunnies" for instance...
Most people have the idea, and work with the domain and hosting /after/ they know what they want to do...
If you need an HTML/CSS editor, I would suggest Notepad++. I personally find it much more useful than MS Frontpage or even Dreamweaver.
Of course, if you don't have a clue about HTML, well... I would suggest you start with a good book about it, then.
