First of all decide, that you want free or paid hosting.

If you go for paid, then you have to shell out an annual charge of around Rs1000 for Domain Registration & another Rs1000 for Web Hosting. Depending on the package you will get a monthly bandwidth(means whenever somebody visits your website, the person is actually downloading the contents of your website, so there is a limit of downloading).
