I want to make my own website for eg. www.myname.com . I want it cheaper and also want it such as when people type my name, it comes straight on in google. How will i be able to do that??

i have heard of 99p per year cheap hosting sites. do they work properly? what things need to be considered while buying a website??

i'll need simple texts and html as well to display google ads and other stuffs!! and i want the site to have a builder where a person with no knowledge can lauch a site.
