I've reinstalled IE7 more than 4 times already and I keep running into the same problem. Whenever I try to log into yahoo using the sign-in link, the page just keeps refreshing-unless I click the tools>internet options menu while it's refreshing. i can also run ie7 in 'no add-ons' mode, but that does not solve the problem below:

When trying to register a new username on yahoo, i get the message, "We've detected that your browser is not accepting cookies from Yahoo!..." I have cookies enabled. I've restarted my pc a million times and still stay logged into other sites, plus, i have seen the cookie files in my temp files.

I just discovered that in my host's control panel, my changes made throughout the control panel are not being saved and i'm not even able to see any of the 'success' or 'error' messages that i should be seeing. i can see them in firefox, though. any ideas what the problem could be? i'm so frustrated that i'm ready to just start using firefox.
