I need also some software inforamtion regarding uploading (installing) a ready website immediately to the server.
Which are the good softwares to create web pages. HOw can we upload them easly?

If you are new to web page design, I would not recommend you to use something like Dreamweaver or any of the other professional web page design softwares.
Although I use Dreamweaver and have used many other HTML editors, they generally have a steep learning curve and can take a long time before you can use them effectively.
I have been doing web design and promotion for many years and have tried probably 20 or more web page HTML editors and page builders during that time.
The one I would highly recommend and I also use it myself instead of Dreamweaver for some sites is XSitePro. I came across a comparison between it and Dreamweaver on the resource I have listed below.
You can create a basic web page in a matter of minutes and it doesn't take long to learn how to use. You can create and manage all your websites with it which is one feature I particularly like.
You can create simple looking websites or if you spend more time learning how, you can create very flashy ones.
You can upload them to your web host from within the software, it creates a sitemap and links page if you want one and adding links and inserting scripts into a page is very easy. Adding Adsense to pages is a breeze as are affiliate links etc,
