This is the error message while i run the event manager

No anti-virus/Firewall services is installed
Windows XP SP2
2GB Memory
3.06GHz Pentium 4 CPU
Problem while installing microsoft office enterprise 2007...?
I think the machine you are running has Microsoft server for http running.
Possible solutions:
- If you have visual studio installed , then uninstall it then try again.
- Disable server which is currently in use on your machine.
