Does any one know of a good mail server software that does that? (SOFTWARE) Or a free mail srever? (SERVICE)

I have an old hotmail account that I can still use with Outlook, Havent been able to do that for a few years, But try using Windows Live Messenger with a new hotmail account. The Messenger doesnt use that much ram and when you get a mail, it tells you right then, you can right click it in the system tray and hit go to inbox
