Can I handle Emails of Different domains in MS Exchange 2003 ?
Here's what I gather, and correct me if I'm wrong...
You have a public domain hosted by a web host somewhere on the web; let's say Network Solutions.
Your current scenario: When your customers visit your domain; e.g. www.abc.com they are directed to your public web presence set up at Network Solutions. Furthermore, when your customers send you an email at user1@abc.com, the email is directed to your email service which you signed up for with Network Solutions: requiring your internal computers to download their email directly through Network Solutions; e.g., having Outlook connect to their corresponding email boxes at Network Solutions.
Your desired scenario: When your customers visit your domain; e.g. www.abc.com they are directed to your public web presence set up at Network Solutions. However, when your customers send you an email at user1@abc.com, the email should be directed to your internal Exchange server so that your internal computers will have direct access through Outlook to their corresponding mailboxes in your internal Exchange server.
