There might be huge traffic or so many people trying accessing that page at once. It can also be your internet connection. Check your modem or trying disabling and enabling it again or disconnecting and connecting it again.

it seems that ur PC wither affected by spywares/adwares/viruses or the internet connection is not configured. Installl a good antivirus and scan the PC for viruses. Configure the internet connection properly. Add proxy port details in firefox if u use proxy. contact loca ISP fomr support
