I was just wondering if anyone else is having problems accessing demonoid.com.
Demonoid comes up with the following message;
Unable to connect
Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at www.demonoid.com.
* The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.
* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.
* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.
Please tell me if it comes up for you...

Demonoid problems?
Yes, it seems to be down.
Torrentfreak has a short blog post on it, saying that Demonoid might have "been taken offline by the Canadian Recording Industry Association (CRIA)".
Although, someone else made a good point on Slashdot: "They haven't said the CRIA is responsible, they've ASKED if the CRIA is responsible. At this point the only thing we know is that demonoid was hosted in Canada, is currently down and the admins of the website haven't made any official comment."
Check back in a few days' time. Try other sites for now:

- http://www.mininova.org/
I do believe they'd be back.

Yep, I'm having the same problem. Demonoid has had server problems on and off for the past several months. I's nothing new, probably just too many people right now trying to access it.

What Jgjugkjg J said is true, Demonoid is offline for now. Don't know when it'll be back up...
