I want to provide a direct link to the files from my web site so I can have people play the video from my website, put background music on my website, let people download .zip files directly from my site. I would prefer a website that does not take you to a download page when the link is clicked especially for the music(I want a direct link to the file) If you don't know any sites that match my criteria then you could suggest a website that takes you to their download page on their site. I just want people to be able to download, watch, and listen to my music (+add bg music), videos, and download my .zip files. Any hellp would be greatly appreciated!!

Since you did not say something for free, you can just buy some cheap webhosting from a website like Dreamhost.com and upload your files via FTP or their website uploader. There are a ton of webhosters on the web and you might find a better deal elsewhere, so search for something that suits you.
