Webhosting/sites help?
You'll need to find a web hosting company to host your site if you haven't already done so. There are good hosts and bad hosts out there. I've used my fair share of bad hosts, and have had great luck with DreamHost (http://dreamhost.com) for several years now. Do not pay for a full year of hosting with whatever host you go with, though. Make the host EARN your continued business.
Do NOT accept free domain registration from any host either. They might hold your domain hostage to keep you hosting with them. Register your domain with a company such as GoDaddy (http://godaddy.com). You hold control over your domain name. You can change hosts whenever you like then, without the hassle of getting your domain name unlocked.
Once you have, or if you already have, accomplished all of the above, you can configure Dreamweaver to upload the site to the web host's server. I don't recall exactly how to do it, but a search of Dreamweaver's help menu should present the information you need.

I don't know where you are in the world, you haven't stated what type of web page you have, personal or commercial, if its personal web page, you could get hosting free, commercial you will need to buy a domain name, pay up your hosting fee. When you receive the confirmation email you can then upload your web page.
