It's kind of a cross between myspace, banner exchange site, and free hosting, with awesome modules from exponent cms to build the pages. Anyway, I am putting a lot of time in building it, and was wondering if i could get a few people to tell me if they think I should promote it, or not. I'm not the best at website building but honestly, the site looks a little home made to me and I would click away from it. I like your idea! I just would work on the website design a little more. I like SBI or Site build it.

Free web hosting providers are not reliable and usually slow in connection. Try to get a paid hosting to develop worry free websites.
