i have been trying to find out how to get YAHOO to stop billing me for hosting, i transferred my domain name to another company after having complete trouble with the wizards and builders for making web pages in yahoo(i have XP) so i switched, but am still being billed for yahoo hosting...anyone direct me to help?

Firstly, contact your bank and place a stop on anymore payments being made to Yahoo! Inc. The bank will assist you with doing this.

Secondly, contact Yahoo's customer services and inform them that if they attempt to make anymore withdrawls from your account you will instigate legal proceedings, not only for the reimbursment of funds withdrawn for a service you no longer use, but you will also be making a claim for harrasment, your inconvience of having to start legal proceedings, and you will also be contacting your local and national news office about their actions.

And Thirdly. ONLY give them 7-Days to rectify this matter. AND NO MORE.

You will be very surprised as to the quick response to your demands.

hey there i have been searcing for a link to GET TO yahoo customer services...dude do they hide these links just to make things difficult? no wonder that have a booming business...

Send them a bill for billing you.

If they are putting the charges on your credit card, don't pay that part of your bill AND notify the credit card company that you are disputing the charge. Until the item is settled, you will not incur a late fee for that part of your bill.
