no comercials? huh, it's impossible as long as you want a free hosting.
if you make your own site using html, which is pretty difficult, you won't have any adevertisments.

you may try geocities or just search "free web hosting" and the search engine will open lots of options for you. try whichever suits you. normally in free web ads can not be overruled.
