these problems. I've called.. NO HELP. I emailed so many times. I even have hosting with them and for them to ignore me is simply BAD customer service. I violated their "PRIVACY POLICY" without realizing it, and what do they do, they deactivate an account I've had for years. WEB too.. I can't even get into a web account I PAY FOR. This is really nonsense and I wanted to know. How do you contact them other then email? FOr a service that's paid for they really have a dispicable way of treating customers. I swear if it were not for the web site I would switch over to another portal Customer service is a pathetic. If you can even call it that. 14 - 16 emails, still NO RESPONSE whatsoever, they should be ashamed of this service.
No responses from email problems from YAHOO for a week.. Bad customer service for sure. Any other experience..

Thousands are having all kinds of problems with their mail since the new format, with Server Farm issues with Original Mail AND Beta Mail, several months ago!
Yahoo! and Sun Java are also having conflicts. Rather than trying to work around them, here is the easy and fastest way to cure them (for most). Go to Tools, open Internet Options, and select Advance tab. Scroll down the list and see if you have Microsoft Virtual Machine listed, if so, uncheck the 2 java隆炉s listed. Make sure JIT is checked, click apply then ok. and then Close. This lets MSN virtual machine launch Yahoo! mail.
