I need to build a website. I downloaded Yahoo Site Builder, but it seems to indicate that I have to have my site hosted by Yahoo in order to publish the final pages? Is this true? If so, then are there other easy-to-use free tools for creating web pages and publishing them which don't require that the site is hosted by the tool provider?
Can I use Yahoo Site Builder to publish my site to another host, i.e. not Yahoo?
