lately when i try to play my internet games they get very laggy. I can still play LAN with computers in the same house with no problem as long as i'm not the host (if i host it gets laggy). My web browser and such seems to be working fine, and the other computers in the house (when i say other computers i mean the 5 other than mine...) work perfectly fine. I ran registry cleaner, virus scanner (adaware), i defragmented my harddrive, nothing helped. If it helps, here are some games i play (all get laggy on the internet)
Warcraft III
Starcraft
Zbattle (multiplayer server for Zsnes emulator)
Diablo II
and some more that i cant think of at the moment... so does anyone know what is causing this, and a solution to fix this problem?
Internet games going slow lately?
maybe your computer has a weak memory or maybe the game is not compatible to the type of computer you are using or maybe your visual graphic(there's another exact term for it but i forgot what it is) is low for the type of game you are playing. mine has low graphics but i change it to a higher type and it works. the game was command and conquer: generals- zero hour, if nothing works then sell your computer and buy a new one.
