my sister and i each have an i pod...

so, we were using my laptop to sync both of ours..

then, she got a new laptop....

so, she decided to sync hers with her new laptop...

but, somehow, it just wont sync....

it just says copying files bla bla, but it doesnt copy....

some timeout error appears....

can anyone tell me why???

i ran a diagnostic test, but still, it wasnt helpful....
