Hi i currently run an online t-shirt shop, and have just undertaken a website re-design and massive expansion!

I'll be moving from around 100pages to around 1500 (1st phase) this will probably even be increased over the next 12months.

I have outgrown my current hosting provider and i'm looking for a reliable, reasonably priced web host who can could handle a website of this size, any suggestions would be very appreciated!

Media Temple has a couple high profile clients. They have great hosting plans. if you really want good hosting, large-scale, good support, not at your home, media temple is the best you can get. They are a little expensive, but if you want good hosting, it WILL cost you alot. Perhaps you should consider buying your own servers, cheaper in the long run (usually.)

My favorite web hosting company is http://www.nearlyfreespeech.net/. They are very honest with their customers, give you all the features you would ever need with no gimmicks, and only charge you for what you use, putting *you* in control of your site. They may not be the best deal if you have a very high-volume web site, since they don't undersell their disk space and bandwidth like a lot of companies do (many web hosters sell more then they have, assuming most people won't use that much), but they are a very responsible and trustworthy company. I have had no problems with them except for some very rare downtime (which they have been very up-front about).
