Regular web hosting does not actually support streaming. For streaming you need a specialized server(software or hardware). What you can do from regular(HTTP) hosting is upload your material and use progressive download. This may work for small amount of audio or rarely watched videos fine. If you expect heavier load on this media content yahoo hosting will not cover it as you can essentially block the server you share with others with just about 100 simultaneous viewers.

If it is for fun you can use http://www.youtube.com or http://www.metacafe.com or any similar free streaming service.
