So i've been looking around at different web hosting sites and i've found nothing that really offers forums. I'm really kinda confused as to how i would go about this, do i have to go through a different site to set it up or can it be hosted through the site i make.

Umm, I used mxweb.co.uk for a while. I was really happy with their service actually. I host a Ministry on it. They have forums that if you are willing to make a few posts per month, you can get a great plan, or just buy a plan. But what you are looking for is forum plans. As it turns out, mxweb also has excellent forum hosting with IBP. I hope it helps. I know it is really confusing, and very few sites have forum hosting, but this one does. If you email me, I also worked with the owner for a while with my hosting, and I think he would be willing to talk to you about setting something up and helping you.
