I already have my domain name, i just need some help on what system i should chose, i hear vbulletin is good? An im not sure of what type of webhosting i will need!

Of the two, I'd rather use vBulletin, so if you can afford to buy it, do so.

More bandwidth / storage than you'll ever use.
All you really need to host vBulletin or phpBB is a fairly decent MySQL server and Unix host.

try phpbb, its also good.
for the webhosting, you should first know what will be the content of your website (forum, gallery, etc) so you can determine the hard disk size and bandwidth to get.

vbulletin is a very good choice, but it is a bit pricey. phpBB ( http://www.phpbb.com ) is similar to vbulletin, but free, and very full-featured.
