Im trying to create my own forums for an organization and we are currently using one thats not as customizable as I would prefer. If anyone could recommend a site that lets you fully design your site but with out the coding. Im good with photoshop but other then that Im not as skilled as most sites need. Im trying to make a fully functional site so please, any good links will do just fine.
