If you want a website for your small business or big one...try http://www.doteasy.com i made mine from there http://www.cmholding.net but you have to pay for a domain name,i paid $60 for two years.They have free templates.

You can get free templates here too http://www.freetemplatesonline.com/ but i don't know if there's flash or dreamweaver in it.
