I'm going to be making a web site for somebody and I have to do it without it costing anything. I know of free web hosting from Angelfire and Geocities, but I really would like something that doesn't have any pop-ups, addbanners, or long URL names. I also know how to turn my computer into a web server, but I'de really rather not. I'de like to have a decent amount of webspace, PHP & CGI capabilities, no pop-ups/ad-banners, short URL name, no file-size limit, and a high data transfer limit. Does anybody have any recommendations?
