I would just search for a free web site host and search for a little while and find some good ones and then if they need you to do the coding... i would just get nvu, dreamweaver, or microsoft frontpage and use the drag and drop feature(you dont need to know code)
and if the site has its own way then thats that

I am a freewebs user also and find it no that kind. I also want free hosting so I switch to "freeservers" at www.freeservers.com unfortunately, I cant also apply flash, etc. that you are talking about, but the up side of it is that I have a domain name for free, with a single word attach for example is http://www.catlook.8k.com on that website, i got catlook as my own domain with a little help interruption. "8k".
Well, aside from that, it supports, very editing and 50MB of memory for the user...
