I can't surf any of my sites only (that I made) since last night. But, my hosting web support center said : no problem found

I have internet connection in my room.

As a minisite creator, I always surf my web & my ftp account without problems. But since last night, I really can't surf my webs & can't login ftp account! Could someone tell me why?

I already contact my hosting web support center, but they said my webs in normal condition as usual. & They trued to ping - still no problem found. I thought it was my laptop's problem only, but when I tried at my friend's laptop, the problem still occur.

Could someone tell me / help me?

I use Internet Explorer & Mozilla Firefox.

& I indeed in a big problem - as some of my clients will dissapeared if my work is very late.

I sell something on my minisites of course.

What sort of error message are you getting when you try and access your sites?

I assume that the rest of the net is OK?

If it is then the problem must exist on the service provider for your sites.

You should get them to monitor your connection when you attempt to open the sites and see what is happening.
