The motive behind the question being: I have created many photo albums, I want to upload them to some website, but I don't want to upload photo by photo... yahoo photos, flickr, etc. don't have such an option ... if I could upload my entire directory structure, i figured things could work... for the web experts, are there any better alternatives?

powweb has an awesome script that builds entire image gallery websites. You could host hundreds or even thousands of premium photogalleries there
