Hi all, I am looking to spend some money on a web design company that will ;
*build my business website
*set up marketing,advertising,keywords
*bring or guarantee traffic/customers.
If there is such a company out there,please reply with your information.I have tried to do all this on my own,its just too much to handle now.

I suggest that you get your own Domain name through www.GoDaddy.com ($10 each name per year) and than use www.LowPriceBuilder.com to create your web site.
I use http://www.LowPriceBuilder.com for few years. They only charge flat price, ($18 per month) ,and include Web hosting, Shopping Cart system,..... etc. This would be the most inexpensive way to have your web site to go online. The builder allows you to create your web page easily without knowledge of programming language.
