i need to come up with a name for my web design company im struggling to think of one.

The name is fairly (in fact: entirely) unimportant. Call it "Louis R" Web design... the job you actually do is what is important, and that is what will bring you repeat trade and a real "name of worth" for yourself.

If you should get to the stage where your "corporate image" actually becomes important, then the name might be important, but you will have a clue by then.

Don't get yourself tied up in total irrelevances, people starting businesses seem to love getting caught up in "names" and frankly sh1te like that... that's playing mate, seriously, just do the job... you'll go a shedload further, effort where efforts needed. You don't get trade and support because your name sounds cool... you get it because you are good at what you do.
