HoW TO SET UP A DEBATING SOCIETY FOR MY COLLEGE? [Imwebhost]

I am looking to set up a debating society which I want to host in my College but dont have a clue what to do...i mean i can get an audience but like do i need a panel or something? do i need to get them all together and say "DEBATE MY CHILDREN.....DEBATE LIKE DOGS!"......i mean what steps do i take? what topics do i use that 16-18year olds would find interesting in the UK to debate on?

Please help- i want to preferebly giv it a clever name or something that will look good when i say i set this society up in my CV- so plz-i would be really grateful for any approproate suggestions and remember- those juice stars are w8ing for the best chosen answer!!! so common!
