i used to load pages right away but when i did some tweaks with services.msc which i removed

my browsing became much slower... when i load a page and it takes around 30 seconds to load it compared to the 5-8 seconds but after i load it, if i load it again it goes really fast

You could always try using your "System Restore" facility which will return your PC to it's previous state..
