im designing a web page using Front Page 2003 right now, my problem is i dont know and i cant understand how can i really Publish it in the internet...

what exactly should i do?

i want to test it by using a free domain name and free hosting service first.. where i can best to get this service free?? but the steps for doing it is my real problem

can you suggest a website where they can give me free domain name and free hosting even in a short period of time?

most of the free hosting service have a "add banner" (advertisement linked in your site) and you can't get a free domain name, you only get a free hosting and subdomain, I know one free hosting without advertisements added to your site is http://www.50webs.com it's pretty good enough, and you get a free email too, all you have to do is create go to the site and create your account, when you sign up make sure to choose the option below

* Free (totaly free no adds)

* use a subdomain (other options are not free)

after creating your account, you can upload now the website you created from frontpage, in file manager, zip files or individual files.
