I am looking for a shared vpn solution. I am not sure if the typical shared web host offers vpn services also
Are they shared vpn hosts and what are the prices?
I know you asked the question here, but I don't understand what a "shared VPN" would be with regard to a Web host.
Do you mean that you want to be able to create a VPN to the Web host for uploading your files?
It seems like FTPS would be a solid solution for this rather than VPN. But maybe there's a lot about this I don't know.
If you can add just a little more to your question, maybe another contributor will be able to offer the answer.
