What kind of orange fish is this?
It's a little difficult to be absolutely certain given the glare and angle of the photo, but it certainly appears to be a comet goldfish. The tail appears to be somewhat broader and more exaggerated than that of a common goldfish.
Note 1: The fish in the forefront is a common goldfish, so it's likely the orange fish in the background is, too. If possible, get a better photo of the fish. A clear side view with the tail extended (not swishing) would solve the mystery.
Note 2: Are these your fish, or if you are considering getting one? Regardless of whether it's a common or comet goldfish, both need very large tanks. One needs to be in a 55 gallon long with a very strong filter. Two would require a 125 long minumum. Honestly, common and comet goldfish do better in outdoor ponds as they get to be over a foot long and are very strong swimmers. Indoor tanks really aren't the best choice for these fish unless you've got room for a really big tank.
