I need a server host which has Windows Apache server enviroment that support PHP and MySQL, and it will be good if Perl can be used. I need a huge disk space like 200 GB. I dont need those rubhish site builder.

I'm glad you don't want the site builder crap! but why the windows req? Apache is Apache.... linux should be easier to find!

You didn't say how much you could spend.. anywhere from free to 50 bucks... but you get what you pay for!
