When you see what sort of idiots they have for politicians, an aids denier for a president and an assortment of buffoons who are ministers that would struggle to get hired by mcdondalds. This news item says that this month their were 58 attacks on tourists and thats the only ones that were reported. With twenty thousand murders and sixty thousand rapes per year, the lives of hundreds of thousands of tourists who will be going for the world cup will be put at risk all in the name of political correctness. In giving an african country the right to host the worlds biggest tournament fifa have decided that they will try an experiment that will backfire, it would not be as bad it they gave it to Malaysia or Thailand as these countries are developing as well but dont have an army or illiterate savages waiting to butcher people.

Fifa happy with 2010 progress

Johannesburg - A delegation of Fifa officials expressed satisfaction on Wednesday with South Africa's preparations for the 2010 World Cup, declaring they had made more rapid progress than their German predecessors.

"Fifa is very happy and satisfied with the progress made," said Horst Schmidt, who is to take up a new post as Fifa's coordinator in South Africa.

"Not only is the country on time, but a bit ahead of Germany at the same time. We are happy with preparations and now it's for the Local Organising Committee to maintain the momentum," added the German who was one of the driving forces behind this year's tournament in his homeland.
