I visited ProxyBuilder.com, customized all of my settings, and downloaded the files. I now have folder containing a .php file and .pl file. Where and how can I host these files on the internet for free?

Wait, so you are using your computer as a free proxy? That doesn't sound like a good idea. You will need a TON of bandwidth. Also, I'm not sure how you can set that up. It would probably get you a lot of viruses though.
