Ok I want to know what the best way to design the website.

1) Should I use the Photoshop to design the entire website and take it to the Dreamweaver and program some changes such as username and password stuff like that in PHP.

2) Should I just use Dreamweaver and just design and program it.

What is the best way and easy (No Templates please) to design and program the website faster,(I don鈥檛 want to hire any designing companies I can effort it)

What I want in the website is username and passwords and membership payment monthly to monthly. Also I want to have Security much as possible. I already have a hosting company I am trying to design the website people told me that I don鈥檛 need to know any programming languages.

I'm not going to comment much on the Dreamweaver vs Photoshop question you raised. They are for very different purposes and both needed IMO. You don't have to create a Photoshop layout first, but you will need photoshop for the images.

Whoever told you that you can do that without programming was wrong. You might be able to find a script that you like that is available to use or buy, so maybe that's what they meant? I just created almost the exact same thing as what you described a couple months ago. I could hook you up with it for a very low fee. ;p

It's impossible to create a website that without knowing any coding language or programming language. I also don't understand why you don't want to use a template in dreamweaver either. You can create your own template in dreamweaver and the reason they have this feature is so you don't have to create every single page over and over again.
