If a Mormon TV talk show host refused to have any of the candidates on his show other than Mitt Romney or if Larry King banished everyone who wasn鈥檛 Jewish from his domain, I鈥檓 dead certain he鈥檇 face universal condemnation. So how is it that Oprah goes so far as to hit the hustings with Obama and nobody even says 鈥淏oo鈥?

Lately she has got involved in political issues and if she's going to throw her weight behind one particular candidate and not extend that invite to any others, it does make you wonder if she's got a secret agenda in there. In the interest of equality, she should be inviting the white man and the lady on the show too. Otherwise people will start thinking something is up, and with good reason too.

Is Oprah a racist and always playing the black card?
I used to think Oprah was a fair, open-minded person, but her racial under-tones are beginning to show. Being based in Chicago you can bet with Oprah's high profile she knows all too well the people behind Obama's thrust into politics - and she should be careful not to take it too far; else she might lose a big part of her audience. Does anyone remember "Black Power"? Look it up - it is not an imaginary concept. Equal rights does not mean superior rights - on either side of the issue. The goal of Martin Luther King who called for EQUAL rights for all Americans, has been shamed. And Oprah has her nose right in the middle of it.
