I would do game hosting if you have the extra power for that. Plus that you can get a lot of money just hosting 4 or more players on one server. You can even do file hosting with that amount of space and get a person to support your website. To help upgrade the memory and get more visitors to see the guy's adds. Image hosting is just a waste of time and money just for people to put there cr@ppy images or spam on your site. But web server service is not a bad idea too if you can give people what they want in a web server.
