The question is pretty self explanatory, but for those who want to know why, here are the details. I wanted to host a community forum for my anime channel, #animekid@irc.rizon.net and I had a little jam, my host (is a free host by the way, I'm as broke as a joke [pun intendened!]) doesn't provide email or php sendmail support. So I asked someone on the host support forums, they said to go get a gmail account. I went to go create account, and I was so happy when they had pop/smpt support. So I enter my info in the phpbb2 forum admin settings and thought nothing of the authencation specifics on the help file. Next day, I told my friends about my site, animekidforums.tk (got a free domain so people could get to site easier) and my friend, Renee, went to the site and tried to register. She told me the next day, the forum said it couldn't send the activate email. So please, could someone tell me how to configure the authencation settings in phpbb2, so I can actually use the forum.
