How do you make these name tags????
They look like they were made using photoshop. Its a software that you can buy, like MS paint but so so much better!
Google it and see what comes up.
Also, Paint Shop Pro is another good program to use to make things like that...

well, you can do them to varying degrees of coolness on almost any photoshop like program. If you're a complete newbie, I suggest MS Paint. :) jk. If you really want to make something cool, use GIMP or Photoshop. But GIMP is free. Download it here:
