We saw this fish stuck in a rockpool down in Cornwall, obviously caught when the tide went out. I've tried searching online for it but have not found it anywhere! Any ideas as to what it is?

Can anyone identify this fish?
It's a Mackerel, must have ventured inshore to far, probably a baby, underside white-ish and top-side has black and green squiggles. I've never seen one in a rockpool before.

OK--just guessing here..I thought it "might" be a young northern pike??????
Here's a link to a page where there are some pictures--scroll down toward the bottom --the one the guy is holding up looks "similar"..but again--I'm just guessing. The pattern is similar--but that green color..not sure....
