I am not a radiologist, but a radiologic technologist. So, I take the x-rays, and I don't read them. But, I can see a very large AAA (abdominal aortic aneurysm).

I agree with the answer below. I couldn't see the image before.
I am just an x-ray technician too. But, that is a huge aneurysm. Look at the balloon like thing that is in front of the spine on the lateral view.
The person also has degenerative changes in the spine (least of worries).
