Adware_Memwatcher?    [Imwebhost]

Anyone have any info on what this is? I have nod32 and SpyBot S&D and none of these pick this up. But yesterday I ran trend micro 6.6 as a backup just to test how good nod32 was and it found this. I really can't find any solid info on this but it seems to be related to SpyBot S&D but I'm not 100% sure on that. Trend Micro does have a habit of finding false positives and I think that is what this is. I ran trend micro on my moms pc which also has spybot on it and it found it also. So my best guess is that it is related to something in Spybot and is a false positive. Can anyone confirm this or shed light on what this really is. After tracing it I found that it was running back to

So is this a false positive related to spybot s&d?

Thanks in advance.
