This is my personal collection of comic books, hardcover, and trade paperbacks from the past 20+ years. I must sell this collection in its entirety as soon as possible. I cannot sell this collection piecemeal as I do not have the time or the resources.
I entered my collection in to the CCL software and I鈥檝e uploaded a MS Excel spreadsheet to a few free hosting sites. This is a 4MB file.

This Excel file contains nearly all of my collection but there is much more. I was unable to enter due to my incomplete records or the missing items within the CCL software.
The CCL summary reads:
Total Cover Price Paid: $34,306.85
I am not looking for an amount anywhere near cover price for this collection. I am hoping that a serious collector or comic warehouse in need of inventory will make a reasonable offer for my collection.
Advice needed on Selling 22 year Collection ...?
it's too bad that you have to sell it in bulk, that'll be pretty hard. it would be better if you could open a store, but it's time sensitive.
there's always eBay...
Advice needed on Selling 22 year Collection ...?
I don't know how quickly you need the money, but I think eBay would be an option. I had to sell part of my collection at one point to finance a move, and I can tell you, you're not going to get anywhere what they're worth unless you haggle. Most shops will give you the same amount for each book, no matter what they're worth (usually 25 -50 cents).
I think the best thing for you to do is take it to a comic convention that will be near you. You'll have to pay a vendor fee, but if you price your books to be sold (at or below guide prices and clearly mark them as such), I don't think you'll a problem selling them and/or making up the vendor fee. You never know, another vendor might want to make you a bulk rate deal on all of it.
